A rare hummingbird

Michele Mueller of Trabuco Canyon contacted me about a pied or piebald hummingbird that has been visiting her feeder.  She wrote: "From what I've read the leucenistic birds have normal colored beak, feet and eyes.  I can't tell what the color of the eyes are on this bird but the beak and feet are a fleshy pink color."

Can anyone help identify this bird?
