USPS offers first day of issue bank swallow envelopes

This Pressure-Sensitive Adhesive #10 Bank Swallow (Forever®) stamped envelope features handsome renditions of America's smallest swallow and an official First Day of Issue postmark.

The two illustrations that form the postal indicia artwork were created by Matthew Frey, and depict the bird perching and flying through the air.  The standard four-bar postmark includes the official First Day of Issue date and location for the stamp.
